We also process occurrence dates, attendance status, room and teacher information, and the school that manages the offering.

Operational Reasons

• Allow schools to see who is booked for a course or class
• Let students access their own agenda and attendance context
• Support attendance windows, check-ins, and class administration

School Staff

Authorised school staff and teachers may be able to view the data needed to run the class, including attendance status and basic student identity.

Platform Access

El Barrio staff may access student-related records where needed for support, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
