El Barrio lets organisers create and manage draft, published, and cancelled event records and attach public media to them.
The platform may also place listings under internal review where safety, rights, fraud, or data-integrity concerns arise.
Because users rely on listing data to decide whether to attend or pay, organisers must keep event content accurate and lawful at all times.
You must own or have permission to upload event images, logos, banners, flyers, and similar assets.
The organiser must have authority to use the venue and remain responsible for entry management, event staff, and attendee safety.
If an event is cancelled or materially changed, the organiser must update the listing and attendee communications without delay.
