Schools remain independently responsible for their own educational offer, local compliance, waivers, media consent rules, and student-facing promises.
Schools can publish their own terms URL, privacy policy URL, waiver requirement, booking cutoff, and photo or video consent rules. Those school-specific policies apply in addition to El Barrio's platform documents.
The school must keep course schedules, teachers, room details, pricing, and availability accurate.
Schools are responsible for who they invite or assign as teachers, employees, or attendance managers inside El Barrio.
Schools must only use student data for legitimate course administration, attendance, support, and legally justified communications.
Depending on school configuration, El Barrio may support full-course purchases, trial bookings, and drop-in sales.
The school remains responsible for the class or course delivered, even where El Barrio provides the checkout and attendance infrastructure.
