El Barrio hosts public listings, organisation profiles, professional content, uploaded images, and operational information tied to events and courses.
We review and act on content where we identify illegality, safety risk, fraud, misleading claims, or clear platform-rule breaches.
How Reports Are Handled
Channels
Legal notices and content complaints can currently be submitted through the contact page or our legal email. We have not yet launched a separate in-product reporting dashboard.
Possible Actions
- Request clarification or evidence
- Place content under internal review
- Disable, unpublish, or remove listings
- Suspend related organiser or staff access
Repeat Abuse & Recordkeeping
Repeat Violations
Repeated fraud, rights abuse, or unsafe publishing behavior may lead to stronger enforcement, including longer suspension and loss of payment-enabled access.
Review Records
We may retain records of notices, enforcement actions, and related communications for platform safety, legal defense, and provider compliance.
